My job:

Together with Ondra and Leo we manage ORBIT and direct its further development. In my role of a financial director, I cover the backs of Ondra’ Sales and Leo’s Delivery so that they can focus fully on their respective areas and make sure we don’t deviate from the direction we have set.

ORBIT is the exception that proves the rule – although everyone in the company is a big personality, together we make a great team that not only delivers great projects and supports each other, but also gets along very well behind the scenes.

What’s my job?

I work with our clients and partners to find new ideas and opportunities to move forward together. At the same time, I try to co-create an environment within ORBIT where we work in a collaborative way, where we enjoy our work and where we are not overwhelmed by unnecessary bureaucracy.

My Job

My role is to support our customers in the Austrian market, providing the services and solutions they require on their cloud transformation journey. My focus is primarily on cloud transformation with an emphasis on cloud strategy and operating model, enabling our customers to harness the power of the cloud, and deliver innovative services, real value and growth ambitions for their businesses.

My job:

I look after not only the guests, but more importantly a great team of people with a sense of humour and their hearts in the right place. Do you want to organise corporate days, arrange NHL tickets or fix the underfloor heating?

My job:

We help and advise our service customers. We try to make sure they have as little trouble with their IT operations as possible. Solving their problems quickly is our top priority.

My job:

I oversee my customers’ IT and am available to them every day. I analyse and manage the operation of their Citrix or O365 environment.

Microsoft 365 in all its forms. Mainly from the perspective of our clients’ “non-technical people”. We can get to know the client, ensure optimal setup, and teach them how to use M365 effectively.

My job:

I bring people together. I build cross-functional teams, usually made up of vendors and internal client departments. I connect the languages of technical and non-technical people. And through this, I ensure successful delivery.

ORBIT:

At ORBIT, I have people around me with the same DNA. We enjoy working together. A high degree of freedom corresponds to responsibility. And I can move between the client’s business needs and technical implementation.

What my team does:

Processing quotes, securing merchandise, license management, or preparing service utilization reports are just some of the activities my team does to respond to customer needs.

My job:

I’m responsible for preparing bids from draft creation to finalization and submission to the client. I train new colleagues, suggest modifications to the information system, and also co-deliver my team’s services.

Setting and maintaining work-life balance is key for me. And it works for me at ORBIT. In addition, my colleagues recharge my batteries with their temperament and humour.

My job:

I listen to my clients and do my best to understand their needs. I strive to create an environment where we work well together, enjoy our work, and are not overwhelmed by bureaucracy.

We are a rare mix of people with IT/cloud background and a bizarre enthusiasm for the challenges in regulation, data protection, OpRisks, Resilience and cloud-related law… in many countries.

My work:

At ORBIT, I am responsible for the Cloud Compliance and Governance area. I work on international strategic projects for both financial and non-financial sectors.

ORBIT:

In the 20 years I have been working here, ORBIT is constantly evolving and responding to modern IT technologies and trends. This development is the engine that gives me and my colleagues the opportunity to evolve and not stay in the status-quo.

What my team does:

We design, implement, and develop virtualized desktop solutions and related ecosystems. Customers perceive us as the ones who “do Citrix”. But we’re just as good at so much more.

My job:

I’m a partner and consultant to customers. I help fellow salespeople design solutions for our clients. Last but not least, I support the endpoint team, although they tend to be very independent.

ORBIT:

ORBIT has been an integral part of my life for over 15 years. Although the shape of the company has changed several times, it has always been made up of strong personalities who have followed new trends and challenges in their projects.
