Adopting Microsoft 365: how Dr. Max transformed the technology it had implemented into an everyday work tool

It is not enough simply to roll out Microsoft 365. After all, it is not the number of licences that delivers real value, but how they are used in day-to-day work. Our 12 workshops focused on Microsoft 365 adoption have helped the employees of Dr. To put the platform’s capabilities into everyday practice as much as possible.

  • „We realised that the value of Microsoft 365 does not depend on the number of services activated, but on how well they fit into day-to-day practice. Thanks to ORBIT, M365 now makes our employees“ day-to-day work easier – from IT administrators to pharmacists, sales staff and managers.”

You’ve deployed Microsoft 365. But are people making the most of it?

Many organisations invest in licences Microsoft 365, deploys the individual services and thereby considers the project to be complete. However, experience shows that real value is only created once the new tools become a natural part of employees’ day-to-day work.

The aim of the pharmaceutical company Dr Max The aim, then, was to help people use Microsoft 365 in a way that would make it easier for them to communicate, collaborate and organise their work. That is why we have jointly prepared a series of 12 practical workshops tailored to the actual needs of various user groups.

Adoption is key to the success of Microsoft 365

The content of the workshops was not based on a list of the functions of individual applications. We focused on the situations that staff deal with every day, specifically:

  • working efficiently with Outlook,
  • using Microsoft Teams for day-to-day communication,
  • document management in SharePoint and OneDrive,
  • planning work in Planner,
  • working with OneNote, Lists and Loop
  • and the first use cases for Microsoft Copilot.

The workshops were designed so that participants could try out the various techniques straight away and then apply in their day-to-day work.

The project at Dr. Max has confirmed to us that People won’t start using new tools just because they’re available. They’ll start using them as soon as they see a tangible benefit for their day-to-day work.

That is precisely why adopting Microsoft 365 is just as important as the technical deployment of the platform itself.
