Who is ORBIT?

What my team does: 

“We advise, we serve, what we don’t have we order.” We try to make sure that everyone at ORBIT has a pleasant background for their work, whether in administration, operations, accounting, or HR. 

My job: 

I look after not only the guests, but more importantly a great team of people with a sense of humour and their hearts in the right place. Do you want to organise corporate days, arrange NHL tickets or fix the underfloor heating? 

ORBIT: 

ORBIT is proof to me that when a team of professionals who know and want to come together, you can reach the top and stay “normal”. I really appreciate being a part of it.  

What my team does: 

We help companies transition to the cloud. We implement challenging changes to applications and infrastructure. We complement customers with architectural and operational expertise. 

My job: 

I lead large cloud projects where I assess IT environments. I design future architecture, cost optimizations, and help customers increase their process maturity. 

ORBIT: 

The company has a healthy culture of individual autonomy and accountability. Working with colleagues remains fun and self-developing, which translates into relationships with customers who sense our willingness to address their concerns.

What my team does: 

We transform the (un)usual pains in the IT world into strategic and tangible benefits and new opportunities. We prioritize client needs over vendor pressure when choosing cloud tools. 

My job: 

I connect IT professionals with IT users to create functional units through IT technology. At the same time, I build a team where passion for IT drives business and technical success. 

Orbit: 

The best thing about working at ORBIT is our team and the variety of activities that never gets boring. I enjoy the fact that even an “ordinary field worker” can be there while developing new products and services.

What my team does: 

We help and advise our service customers. We try to make sure they have as little trouble with their IT operations as possible. Solving their problems quickly is our top priority. 

My job: 

I oversee my customers’ IT and am available to them every day. I analyse and manage the operation of their Citrix or O365 environment. 

ORBIT: 

ORBIT is like a second family to me, full of professionals and positive people. I feel confident that I have someone to consult at any time. We move forward by working together. 

What my team does: 

We make marketing our own way. We help generate business opportunities and organize events for customers and partners. 

My job: 

I am in charge of the marketing world. With my team, I make sure that everything we can do, do and offer at ORBIT is visible. I also coordinate our collaboration with vendors. 

ORBIT: 

I see ORBIT as a great group of professionals who work together to make everything a success. And most importantly, we understand each other humanly and have a good sense of humour. 

What my team does: 

Microsoft 365 in all its forms. Mainly from the perspective of our clients’ “non-technical people”. We can get to know the client, ensure optimal setup, and teach them how to use M365 effectively.

My job: 

I bring people together. I build cross-functional teams, usually made up of vendors and internal client departments. I connect the languages of technical and non-technical people. And through this, I ensure successful delivery. 

ORBIT: 

At ORBIT, I have people around me with the same DNA. We enjoy working together. A high degree of freedom corresponds to responsibility. And I can move between the client’s business needs and technical implementation. 

What my team does: 

We help to properly plan and successfully execute cloud adoption. We develop and maintain a relevant range of products and services for our customers.

My job: 

At customers, I experience interesting projects and compelling stories on the cloud journey. At ORBIT, I look for the right mix of innovative services and products that bring growth to our customers and to us. 

ORBIT: 

What I enjoy about ORBIT is its strong drive. It can successfully execute small, medium, and large projects and build lasting relationships with customers. A symbiosis of teamwork and innovative technology.  

What my team does: 

Processing quotes, securing merchandise, license management, or preparing service utilization reports are just some of the activities my team does to respond to customer needs. 

My job: 

I’m responsible for preparing bids from draft creation to finalization and submission to the client. I train new colleagues, suggest modifications to the information system, and also co-deliver my team’s services. 

ORBIT: 

Setting and maintaining work-life balance is key for me. And it works for me at ORBIT. In addition, my colleagues recharge my batteries with their temperament and humour. 

What my team does: 

Together with our clients we look for the best IT solutions for their needs, wants or problems. Our goal is to be a trusted partner for discussions about whatever is currently on clients’ minds. 

My job: 

I listen to my clients and do my best to understand their needs. I strive to create an environment where we work well together, enjoy our work, and are not overwhelmed by bureaucracy. 

ORBIT: 

What fascinates me about ORBIT is the range of knowledge, skills and experience of my technical colleagues. With such a team at the back, fulfilling client requests is almost a piece of cake.  

What my team does:  

We are a rare mix of people with IT/cloud background and a bizarre enthusiasm for the challenges in regulation, data protection, OpRisks, Resilience and cloud-related law… in many countries. 

My work: 

At ORBIT, I am responsible for the Cloud Compliance and Governance area. I work on international strategic projects for both financial and non-financial sectors.  

ORBIT: 

In the 20 years I have been working here, ORBIT is constantly evolving and responding to modern IT technologies and trends. This development is the engine that gives me and my colleagues the opportunity to evolve and not stay in the status-quo.

What my team does: 

We design, implement, and develop virtualized desktop solutions and related ecosystems. Customers perceive us as the ones who “do Citrix”. But we’re just as good at so much more. 

My job: 

I’m a partner and consultant to customers. I help fellow salespeople design solutions for our clients. Last but not least, I support the endpoint team, although they tend to be very independent. 

ORBIT: 

ORBIT has been an integral part of my life for over 15 years. Although the shape of the company has changed several times, it has always been made up of strong personalities who have followed new trends and challenges in their projects.
